Requesting a Replacement or Refund

If contacted within 7 days of receipt, Redcliffe Imaging will either replace or refund any wallpaper mural that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer; except in the cases when Redcliffe Imaging has expressed concern to the customer over image quality issues such as poor resolution or potential tonal problems with the image prior to printing.

You will be asked to return the whole wallpaper mural in its original packaging using a signed for delivery service for proof of delivery back to us.

Please note that we are not liable for wrongly measured walls or any damage caused by incorrect installation. If you are not familiar with hanging wallpaper we recommend that you contact a professional decorating contractor who will be able to hang the wallpaper on your behalf.
